Cycling Survival Workshops

Next Workshop Tuesday 9th June 18:00-20:00

This is our most popular workshop and sells out fast. The purpose of the workshop is to show you tips and tricks to get you home or to a bike shop should something go wrong when you’re out riding.

We run this workshop with a maximum of 10 participants so there’s plenty of time for everyone to get ‘dirty hands on’ (PPE Provided).

The agenda for the 2 hour sessions will include:

    • How to fix a puncture – properly
    • What do do if your tyre splits
    • What to do if your chain snaps
    • Chain lubrication
    • What to do if your mech hanger snaps
    • What to do if your derailleur goes into your spokes
    • Temporarily fix a buckled wheel
    • Replace a broken spoke
    • Replacing broken cables and tips on temporary fixes
    • What to take on long rides in relation to tools and spares

Cost is £35 per person and includes light refreshments and 20% off any items purchased on the day.
